We do not offer refunds at this time.

However, we do accept exchanges under the following conditions:

• The item must be in new, unworn condition with original packaging.
• Exchanges are accepted for items of equal or lesser value. If you'd like to exchange for an item of greater value, the price difference will need to be topped up.
• All shipping costs related to exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
• Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
